is a free service that links people in need
of information or services with the appropriate

INFO-LINK serves Individuals and Organizations. It is
the FIRST Information & Referral
Program in Pennsylvania to become nationally accredited
through the Alliance for Information and Referral Systems
(AIRS).
Individuals
When you call INFO-LINK, our Information Specialist will
answer your call, discuss your needs, and research our
computerized database of nearly 1500
human service agencies for a list of available resources
for you.
It is quick and easy! And it is
available at no cost to anyone, anywhere, at any age.
You can access INFO-LINK through our toll free number
from anywhere in the United States, Monday through
Friday from 8am - 4 pm. After hours, you can leave a
message to have your call returned. All calls are
strictly confidential.
Organizations
If
you are an agency needing information or providing
services, INFO-LINK can help you too! When you
provide information on your services to INFO-LINK,
we can refer appropriate callers to your programs.
In addition, we track callers and their needs so
statistics are available to assess future needs of the
community.
