The Retired and
Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) is a referral service
designed to find meaningful and rewarding volunteer
opportunities for people over the age of 55.
RSVP is a network of over of 600 volunteers coupled with
more than 50 placement organizations that matches a
volunteer and his/her skills with an organization that
needs help.
RSVP
benefits you, the volunteer, by allowing you to continue
to use your experience and skills, providing you with a
chance to learn something new every day, and giving you
the satisfaction of knowing you are making a difference.
RSVP strengthens the community by solving problems,
meeting needs, and completing projects of non-profit
organizations in the community.
Current volunteer opportunities with
RSVP include the following: Environment
Volunteer,
School Volunteer, Ombudsman Volunteer,
Meals on Wheels
& More Volunteer,
American Red Cross, and
Library Assistant.
